Auto Login

Autologin properties
Name
This is the name of your server character. This value is returned by the #CHAR command and the %char system variable, and is typically used for the Auto Login feature in TeSSH.
Password
This is the password for your server character. This value is returned by the #PW command the the %pass system variable, and is typically used for the Auto Login feature in TeSSH.
Prompt for password
When a password is set for this session, enabling this option will require that the password be entered into a popup window before this session can be edited or opened. This can be used to provide basic password protection to prevent other users of your computer from playing your server character or modifying it's properties.
Automatically use this character name and password to log in
This option enables or disables the Auto Login feature for this session.
SSH Key file
If you are using a public/private key pair, you can enter the name of the file containing the private key for the server here.  The Check button allows you to check to see if the file is valid, and the Generate button can be used to generate the public and private file pairs needed for this feature.

If the Name and Password fields are both cleared (blank), then TeSSH will automatically try and detect the login information the second time you connect to this session, in order to create the Auto Login triggers.

If you select an existing character name from the dropdown list, then the password previously stored for the selected character will be automatically filled in.
